Nantucket is one of my favorite places on Earth. I started going almost ten years ago when I tagged along with my best friend's family who goes every year. The 8-mile wide island is full of adorable shingled cottages, hydrangeas, and gorgeous sandy beaches. I am so excited to share my guide to Nantucket today, and I hope you get a chance to visit soon!
I just got back from my Fourth of July weekend trip to New York and am excited to share my travel guide for summer in the city and out east on Long Island/The Hamptons. Those that know me know I grew up in New York, so I am lucky for the opportunity to travel back there for what I think is the best season of the year.
Last week was the first week in a long time that I haven't had to work while in New York, so I wanted to spend my time there doing whatever the hell I wanted and revisiting some of my favorite places and attractions! Today I wanted to share my travel diary with all of these favorite places (most of which are downtown). Enjoy!
I only spent 3 days in New Orleans with a group, so I titled this blog post as a travel diary. I don't want to call it a travel guide as it was my first time in the city, I was only there for a short weekend, and I missed out on a lot of the major stops (like Café du Monde). We still were able to accomplish a lot, but I'd love a chance to go back and experience more!
Most of the activity in Tulum is all on beach road, which runs alongside the beach (obviously) & through the jungle. It's a very busy street, but all of the establishments are built in the similar minimal, bohemian style, which tries its best to be low-impact on the surrounding environment and gives the feeling that everything grows out of the trees.
